Alta Solutions has designed the AS-350 FleetMonTM software to make it easier for the operator to monitor multiple systems running the AS-250 SpectralMonTM software from a single display or application. It provides a quick summary of the status of the systems, normal or alarm mode, using large color graphics.
The software is fully customizable to display only what the operator needs to see. The user can dynamically add and remove up to eight systems, change the number of alarm triggers for each system, and select which criteria or diagnosis from SpectralMonTM will trigger each of the system's alarm.
The operator is able to set a refresh rate (one second to one minute intervals) which will automatically update the current status of each system being monitored.
When a system is an alarm state, the display corresponding to that system, will change to an alarm state and trigger the internal or external speaker to alert the operator. The operator can acknowledge the alarm, disable the audible beep, and launch a VNC remote viewer to troubleshoot the alarm on the remote monitoring system.
The AS-350 software maintains a list of all alarms on the main display for quick reference and logs the data into a spreadsheet file for future reference.
