The AS-1140 16-Channel Buffer Output is a stand alone 2U (3.5") high 19" rack mountable chassis that provides an electrically isolated interface for monitoring systems utlizing dynamic sensors such as accelerometers and force sensors.

The hardware accepts electrical signals up to +/-23 Volts and 20 kHz. These input signals are provided to the end user within 1% accuracy via high voltage buffer amplifiers minimizing any risk of raw sensor signal degradation.

An LED indicator for each channel gives sensor signal status: shorted sensor or cable (red), open or disconnected cable (off), and normal (green).

Each channel can also be configured to deliver piezoelectric transducer power (IEPE).
